Fairfield Avenue Apartments Construction Begins
Construction is now underway on the 264-unit Fairfield Avenue Apartments, a $94M workforce housing development and one of the largest of its kind in progress in St. Petersburg. HP Capital was the first Florida developer to obtain administrative site plan approval for the project under House Bill 1339, utilizing the state’s expedited affordable housing legislation to bring critically needed housing to market efficiently.
